What happens if we send more than our plan includes?
Additional SMS segments are billed at $0.05 per segment beyond the included monthly allowance.
What is an SMS segment?
SMS networks measure usage in segments. A single text may use one or more segments depending on its length and content.
Is the church website included in the messaging prices?
No. The connected church website is an additional $99/month and requires at least the $49/month messaging plan, for a minimum combined price of $148/month.
What does onboarding include?
Every paid plan includes full-service onboarding at no additional cost. We import your contacts, help configure the account, and meet with your church for setup and training.
Are there contracts or additional fees?
Plans are month to month with no contract, setup, onboarding, or cancellation fees. Each messaging plan includes one new local phone number. Additional local numbers are $2/month and toll-free numbers are $3/month.
Can we bring our existing phone number?
Not currently. Engage Spot provides a new local or toll-free number for churches in the United States and Canada.
What support is included?
Customers can contact support by email and receive a response the same business day. Customer-only Google Meet sessions are also available when needed.
Can we export our information?
Yes. Churches can request CSV exports of contacts, subscriptions, and event registrations, including when cancelling the service.
